The DRC sent a delegation of 21 individuals from the Chinese think tank to visit Canada and meet with various organizations. Mowat was honoured to be one of their stops.
The Development Research Centre of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China asked for a presentation by the Mowat Centre on the role of public policy think tanks in Canada and Mowat’s particular approach and work on public policy. Matthew Mendelsohn gave them a presentation on the Mowat Centre and then answered questions from the Delegation.
